30/09/2026
On September 18, 2010, West Travel Inc. ceased operations under the Cruise West brand. In a notice issued the previous day, the company canceled all future trips; initially, a Danube cruise departing on September 22 was excluded.
The US Federal Maritime Commission worked with a claims administrator and the US Tour Operators Association to resolve outstanding customer claims.
