SHIP OVERVIEW
Celebrity Solstice is part of Celebrity Cruises. The cruise line announced voyages in Asia, Australia and Alaska for 2026. A 110-night voyage, calling at more than 55 different ports, was scheduled to begin on September 13. The announced itinerary passed through Alaska, the South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand and Asia, and was set to conclude with a New Year's Eve arrival in Hong Kong. For comparisons of individual islands and cities, the overview of South Pacific cruises and the article about Southeast Asia cruises offer examples of the different destination regions.
Solstice returned to service on March 2, 2026, following its refurbishment, with a departure from Singapore. The work refreshed all existing staterooms and added 54 more. The cruise line now lists a total of 1,479 staterooms and four new accommodation categories. The Solstice refurbishment marks the beginning of the modernization program for the Solstice-class ships. The new accommodation categories include the Panoramic Infinite Veranda Suite, two categories of Panoramic Ocean View Suite, and Deluxe Panoramic Ocean View. Guests staying in suites in The Retreat have access to a new sundeck with a large whirlpool and a redesigned private lounge.
Four of the eight experiences introduced at the relaunch are new to Celebrity Cruises: Trattoria Rossa, Sunset Park, The Parlor and Boulevard Lounge. Trattoria Rossa adds Italian cuisine to the restaurant lineup, with fresh homemade pasta every day. According to the announcement, the menu at Fine Cut Steakhouse features 30-day dry-aged steaks and fresh seafood. Sunset Park is an open-air space on the top deck. Activities include yoga, lawn games and live music, while private cabanas offer a sheltered place to sit. Sunset Park Café serves breakfast and lunch, including sandwiches, quiches, pastries, salads and wraps.
Boulevard Lounge has 125 seats and hosts a varied program throughout the day and evening. Events include piano sing-alongs, karaoke and game shows; the adjoining Boulevard Bar adds to the entertainment area. The Parlor is designed for guests who want to play billiards, darts or board games during their voyage, or watch live sports.
