Online travel agencies let you search for and book trips online. Depending on the provider, telephone advice may also be available. When comparing offers, make sure you are comparing the same trip and the same scope of services: travel dates, accommodation or ship, transport to and from your destination, and included services can all affect the total price.
The booking process also varies. Before completing a booking, make sure you know which company is acting as the travel agent or tour operator, who your contractual partner is, and whom to contact with questions after booking. Payment, rebooking, and cancellation terms should also be part of your comparison. The details of the specific offer and the contract terms listed there are what matter.
In this category, online travel agencies present their offers and services. These include providers that offer cruises as part of their wider range of trips. The right choice depends on the type of trip you are looking for and the advice or booking support you need.
