Queluz, Sintra and Lisbon
"Royal" excursion and tour of the city of Lisbon. A visit to the National Palace of Queluz. Onwards to the garden of Eden of Lord Byron in Sintra and to the royal palace, former summer residence of the royal family. Free time for lunch. Then it's back to the classic modern city of Lisbon, a trip to the Praca do Commercio, Rocio, Praca Restauradores squares and the Eduardo VII park. The trip then continues to the Belem quarter and the Restelo residential area to the church of San Gerolamo, followed by a visit to the Carriage Museum and the monastery of Hieronymus, the Belem Tower and the monument to Henry I.
Lisbon
Lisbon -- city of contrasts between the classic and the modern. Tour of the most important tourist sites, including the Praca do Commercio square, the Rocio, where the principal arterial routes meet in the form of a star, and the Eduardo VII park, Avenida della Libertà and Restauradores. Then on through the Belem quarter, the Restelo residential area to the church of San Gerolamo. The tour is rounded off by a visit to the Belem Tower and the memorial to Henry the Navigator.
Fatima
After a short tour of Lisbon it's on to the Catholic pilgrimage place of Fatima. There will be an opportunity to take mass and to visit to the sanctum. Lunch included.
