Cruise port for Perth
The cruise terminal for the Perth region is in Fremantle. Fremantle Ports lists the Fremantle Passenger Terminal on Victoria Quay or D Berth as arrival points. Perth and Fremantle are therefore not the same port. Before travelling, check which berth is shown in your travel documents.
Shore visits and onward travel to Perth
For a short shore visit, Fremantle is a good option: visitor information lists E Shed Markets and the WA Maritime Museum as attractions in the port precinct. Walking routes lead to the town centre; to travel to Perth, use Fremantle’s bus and train station and check the current timetable. A complimentary shuttle may be available for transit calls, but arrangements vary by ship and agreement.
Attractions in Perth
If you have time to explore Perth itself, Elizabeth Quay’s promenades and public spaces are in the city centre on the Swan River. Visit Perth also notes the train and bus connections there, as well as the ferry terminal in the quay. Kings Park, on the western edge of the city centre, features gardens, bushland and walking trails. Both attractions are in Perth, not at the cruise terminal in Fremantle—plan your onward journey and allow enough time to return to your berth.
