Cruise Terminal in North Jacksonville

JAXPORT locates its cruise terminal in North Jacksonville at 9810 August Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32226. The terminal is a separate port facility north of downtown. Use this address for directions, not a downtown address. For embarkation or disembarkation, you’ll also need the relevant documents and digital information; specific preparations depend on the cruise line (Documents and check-in).

Getting to the Terminal

JAXPORT directs drivers from both I-95 and I-295 to Exit 41 for Heckscher Drive (FL-105). From there, follow the signs to the Cruise Terminal and turn onto August Drive. The port authority recommends using the terminal address for navigation. Allow extra time for traffic when driving to the ship.

Downtown and the St. Johns River

For a separate visit to the city, consider the Riverwalk areas on both sides of the St. Johns River. Downtown destinations include Friendship Fountain on the Southbank Riverwalk and Riverfront Plaza. These downtown attractions are not the cruise terminal, so allow extra time to get there and return to the terminal.
